📈 YOUR MISSION
Be the first sales manager in UK to win enterprise customers for Nexoya’s UK market by convincing them of the added value of our software and guiding them through all phases of the sales process until closing. As the location grows you will have an increasingly important role in establishing a team and potentially managing it in the future.
The impact you’ll have:
- Grow our enterprise customer base, which includes companies such as Vodafone, Generali, Benetton, Swisscom and Stroili, among many others
- Bring in your own initiatives to drive our UK sales strategies
- Be responsible for cold calling, outreach, prospecting and discoveries with the aim of leading qualified demos
- Start in the upper funnel and then develop to support the entire sales funnel
- Maintain our CRM system and make sure it is up to date with valuable data
Your future work-life could be this:
- Salary package: 120,000 GBP – 150,000 GBP OTE; 50% fixed & 50% commission Split
- Flexibility: Work in a hybrid model with (1-2 days / week on-site) and 30-60 days per year from your location and 30-60 days a year from your preferred location – since you will be our first hire in UK, we will provide you with a wework pass

Your experiences and skills:
- B2B & SaaS: You know the ins and outs and the pitfalls, and are also keen to learn more about performance marketing
- You have overcome the valley of tears in cold calling, and you are creative and experienced in dealing with sales processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Interseller, Sales Navigator, and Loom
- CRM knowledge & maintenance: Experience with systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot – you know what information is important for the CRM
- Your way of working is flexible, willing to learn, independent and structured
- You can accept, give and implement feedback constructively
- Your friends and colleagues describe you as someone who is ambitious and motivated by personal growth and success
- You speak English at native speaker level and potentially bring another language to the table (not a must)
