Integrating your marketing tools into Nexoya is simple. However, in order for the integration to work seamlessly, there are a few general requirements to be aware of.

General Prerequisites

  • If you have ad-blockers enabled, please ensure you whitelist app.nexoya.io and connect.nexoya.io (or simply nexoya.io)
  • Most browsers support Nexoya, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari
  • Ensure you enable pop-ups – as you connect the tools, a pop-up with access requirements will appear
  • Ensure your firewall provider has app.nexoya.io and connect.nexoya.io (or simply nexoya.io) whitelisted, as this may otherwise block access

LinkedIn-specific Prerequisites

  • The user connecting Nexoya needs to have page admin access

Permissions Needed

Nexoya requires the following permissions when connecting: 

  • Use your basic profile including your name and public profile URL
  • Retrieve your organization’s posts, comments, reactions, and other engagement data
  • Manage your advertising accounts
  • Retrieve reporting for your advertising account 
  • Manage your organisations’ pages and retrieve reporting data

How to remove the Nexoya app

To remove Nexoya’s access to your LinkedIn page, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open your LinkedIn Settings (https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/)

  2. Scroll down to Permitted Services

  3. Expand the permitted services menu by clicking on it

  4. Find Nexoya – Marketing analytics

  5. Click the ‘Remove’ option
